Hiked more than I should have with Andy, and started the week with an injured foot and a number of even more upcoming doctor appointments. I'm so used to ignoring these health issues, instead of dealing with growing older.

Lovely family zoom today, we managed two in 3 weeks! Family is doing okay.

Focus seems to be all work these days. I don't know how to adjust it.
