Magazine a day: day 11 - Cooking Light April 2005

Today's magazine was the April 2005 issue of Cooking Light.
This issue featured an article about Earthbound Farm, the largest organic farm in the country (at ~50k acres).
I enjoyed reading about the farm. Reminds me of my desire to own an apple orchard.
For the most part, the recipes this month weren't too inspirational, but the stretching exercise routine in the issue made up for it.
