LIFT (at Oracle Gym, 101/Ralston):
Circuit 1: (warmup, 3xpullups, stretch)
Circuit 2: (3x explosive squats/1x slow burn squats, 3x bench
dumbbells, 3x upright rows)
Circuit 3: (3x Bicep curls, 3x Tricep pulldown, 3x Shoulder flys,
3xRoman Dead Lifts)
Circuit 4: (3x Abductor, 3x Adductor, 3x hammie curls)
Circuit 5: (stretch, abs)
Total time: just less than 2 hours.

Workout 2:

CARDIO/PLYOS (at sequoia HS in Redwood City):
Warmup/stretch
Interval run (20-25 minutes)
Plyo circuit
Abs
Throwing (optional)
Total time about 1.5 hours.
