Ladders
3 sets of 4 stations: box traversals, skaters, jump rope, zig-zag bounding
Box jumps: 2 sets each medicine ball, sans ball, far away, twisting, one foot
square sprints
wall ball
chase the chicken
2 sets of abs: partner push downs, v ups, partner leg throw downs, bicycle, russian crunches; second set of partner leg throw downs were 6" leg lifts.
